On December 17th, the technical transformation project of Taixing Co., Ltd.'s aluminum hypophosphite (AP20) flame retardant production line and the warehouse project successfully passed the completion acceptance inspection by the new materials company.
As a key measure to enhance the competitiveness of its core products, the aluminum hypophosphite (AP20) flame retardant production line technical transformation project has attracted considerable attention. This project addressed the shortcomings of the original production line, such as insufficient product dispersion and difficulty in meeting the demands of the high-end market, by adding specialized equipment and optimizing production processes to increase capacity. The project was approved in July 2021, and after multiple rounds of approvals, officially commenced in November 2023. The production line installation was completed in June 2024, and the fire protection facilities were completed in July. During the construction process, the company adhered to a high-standard quality control philosophy, establishing a quality management system of "goal-oriented, on-site supervision, accountability to individuals, and full-process control," achieving a 100% acceptance rate for installation engineering; simultaneously, safety management was integrated throughout the process, improving the system, strictly reviewing qualifications, and strengthening on-site supervision, resulting in zero safety accidents throughout the entire construction process. Currently, the project has successfully passed multiple special acceptance inspections, including safety facilities, environmental protection, occupational disease prevention facilities, fire protection, and lightning protection devices. The technical documentation is complete, and the engineering quality meets the specifications.
Meanwhile, the warehouse project, an important infrastructure to ensure the continuity of production and operation, has also been fully completed and put into use. The project involved the construction of a new warehouse with a building area of 1371 square meters, with an estimated investment of 5.6 million yuan and an actual investment of 4.6876 million yuan, saving 912,400 yuan and effectively controlling construction costs. After being approved in July 2021, the project commenced in March 2023 and was completed in just 7 months. It passed the acceptance inspection by the five responsible parties in October of the same year, and the completion acceptance registration was completed in August 2024. During the construction process, Taixing Co., Ltd. established a full-chain quality control system of "prevention-in-process control-post-completion acceptance," with all employees signing a "Commitment Letter for Lifelong Quality Responsibility," and on-site supervision was implemented for key processes to ensure excellent engineering quality. The completion of the warehouse has eliminated the safety hazards of open-air storage of raw materials, effectively meeting the company's daily warehousing and turnover storage needs, and providing a solid guarantee for the orderly conduct of production and operation. Currently, the project has successfully passed specialized inspections for fire safety, lightning protection systems, planning, engineering quality supervision, and documentation, with all indicators meeting design requirements.
