1. This flame retardant is a phosphorus-nitrogen intumescent type, halogen-free, and will not produce highly toxic and corrosive hydrogen halide gases in a fire. It also produces less smoke, making it more environmentally friendly. Furthermore, it is resistant to metal corrosion and non-hydrophobic.
2. As a manufacturer capable of providing customized flame retardant solutions, Taixing offers homopolymer polypropylene, copolymer polypropylene, and polypropylene blends, all with a 1.6mm UL94 V-0 rating. The modified polypropylene materials exhibit excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
3. Glass fiber reinforced polypropylene can solve the wicking effect, achieving a 1.6mm UL94 V-0 rating.
4. Adding a certain amount of toughening agent will not affect the flame retardant performance. Our formulation engineers have balanced factors such as the selection of toughening agents, optimization of flame retardant efficiency, and precise control of material dispersion, compensating for any impact with minimal incremental additions.
5. The product can pass the double 85 experiment test.
