To achieve a high level of flame retardancy, the amount of ATH added needs to be between 40% and 65%. When a large amount of solid powder is added to a liquid resin or polymer, the viscosity of the system will increase significantly, which will make subsequent processing difficult, reduce efficiency, and worsen the flowability, especially when making molded products with complex shapes.
