Labor Union meticulously planned and organized a "Warm Winter Solstice, Dumpling Delight" themed event as the Winter Solstice approached.

As the year-end sprint begins, Taixing Co., Ltd. is focusing on its core goal of "zero injuries and zero accidents," and with a strong sense of responsibility, it is deeply integrating winter safety risk prevention and control with its 100-day safety campaign.

On December 17th, the technical transformation project of Taixing Co., Ltd.'s aluminum hypophosphite (AP20) flame retardant production line and the warehouse project successfully passed the completion acceptance inspection by the new materials company.

“I volunteer to dedicate myself to lean transformation, changing mindsets, starting lean from the heart, and making improvements starting with myself. I will resolutely strive to eliminate waste, continuously improve, pursue excellence, and achieve perfection.” Recently, Taixing Co., Ltd. organized dozens of cadres and employees to participate in a lean management oath-taking ceremony in the fourth-floor conference room.
